"The front desk staff was considerate and extremely helpful. Cleaning staff was pleasant and most helpful. Everyone was accommodating and welcoming. They made our stay exceptional even though the property and room themselves were mediocre. But they have a self-serve laundry facility which made things so much easier. And being so close to convenience stores, public transportation and leads of choices for dining, it was a really great stay for us all round."

Easy access to the MTR and airport via the A21 bus, both of which are less than 5 minutes away. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The beds could be a little more comfortable, which is my only downside. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Yau Ma Tei area. "

Only minutes walk to the Airport Express train station, and then from there, only literally 1 minute if not less train ride to the airport. Very convenient. Room is a bit smaller than what I'm used to in the US, but it's no big deal. Would definitely stay here again if I have overnight transit at HKG."
