"I think this is my first ever negative review and this is specially dedicated to the lousy service and absolutely disastrous experience I had at the stay. There was no working staff in the property when I checked in late at night. I was also stuck outside my room door for almost 1 hour due to their technical issues where the barcode couldn't be scanned by the door censor when I want to open the door. NO GROUND STAFF PRESENT TO ASSIST. Imagine the anguish I WAS GOING THRU AND EVEN HAD TO PEE AT...
