「Liked that it was a water front property. Street is busy but there is a lot around.」

「The Beal house exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn’t even compare to how clean, pristine, and cute it was. The views are great and the staff did an excellent job at accommodating our group. They even gave my mom a gift for her birthday and my sister a gift for her gender reveal. The one thing to be aware of is 1) they don’t offer room service, and 2) if you are looking to make a room block, the event staff weren’t always the most responsive and sometimes made errors in our reservations...

「My only problem was upon check in the room was out of shampoo, body wash, and there was no additional toilet paper. Limited towels as well. Staff was very prompt to bring supplies once I called. 」

「We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. This information should be noted when reserving...
