"My wife is very disappointed with another guest filming in the Bath House on her Phone which was reported to your staff at the time. Unfortunately there was no follow-up as my wife was concerned that that person had taken footage of her naked in the bathhouse. We firstly find it unacceptable that a guest can do such a thing and secondly were disappointed that there was no response from the staff at your hotel and we still don't know whether that person has footage taken in the bathhouse."

"This was a lovely hotel. We were very impressed with the customer service, as well as the complimentary refreshments (the coffee machine was amazing), free necessities as needed (toothbrushes, hair brushes, lotion, etc) and most importantly…free access to the lounge which may have been for a limited time. We also appreciated receiving assistance in transferring our luggages to our next hotel in Tokyo, as lord knows the stairs can be a pain around Osaka. The rooms themselves were a bit small...

"Not a bad hotel to stay at. Had a nice cafe downstairs and they also did a buffet. Rooms are clean but being Japan... pretty small. It fit myself, my wife and a toddler with two big suitcass though. Area around is great...short walk from a few departments stores and the main station and 2 mins away from to Combinis so can't really go wrong."

"This was a wonderful hotel! My biggest worry is always cleanliness, and this hotel earned 5 stars. The other great part was the breakfast offerings and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to train stations and bus stops, and within walking distance of many places too. The room had all the amenities to make a nice stay and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay here again if ever I am back in Osaka. "
