「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「It was great for getting to Dollywood but hard to get to other things if you don’t have a car. The staff were really nice and chatty. The gym wasn’t available and other parts seemed a bit rundown. Breakfast could be better too. 」
