「Location location location! Right in the heart of everything Gatlinburg! Easy walking distance to food, shops and moonshine! Definitely recommend the Park Grill for dinner. Right next door to it is their sister restaurant and brewery with live music! The hotel has a great breakfast and perfect place to sit outside at the end of the day to sip a little ‘shine and people watch right at the sidewalk. 」

「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....
