「The hotel is awesome. The bed is super comfortable. They had just reopened from Helene and the staff was friendly and helpful. The price of the spa day pass is ridiculously high. 「Charming industrial style hotel in the middle of downtown Asheville. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Downstairs offered a bar and entertainment such as a bowling lane, arcade style games, and shuffle board table (legs were broken so it was uneven and difficult to play). 2 star rating for cleanliness of the downstairs bar area. Bartender was rude, difficult to get service, and tables were never cleared. We had to clear 15 glasses from a table ourselves.」
