「Loved everything about our stay!!!」

「Beautiful property, enjoyed our time. Odd for this type of property not to have ice available. If you want ice you must contact the front desk and they have to have a bellman bring it. Its more efficient and easier to have an option to just go get some ice as needed. That's very resolvable. Additionally, most hotels offer coffee/tea service in or near the lobby early in the morning for those of us early risers, but that also was not a thing here, you'd need to wait until the restaurant...

「We loved our stay at Bellasera so much and can't wait to stay here again. Room was huge (895 SF) and we had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, plus a dining room, living room, and enclosed balcony that also had a table and 4 chairs. The staff was great! The concierge got us a reservation for dinner at a "very hard to get reservations" restaurant! The free shuttle service that will take you and pick you up until 11 at night is amazing! 5-minute walk to 5th Avenue. 5 stars!」

「Was surprised not to see recycle waste bin in room. But happy to see one by the exit door. Means you have to carry your recycle down when you’re leaving with other bags. Additionally, it’s time to get different charging stations to accommodate the C chargers.」
