"The Springs Resort offered everything I needed on my vacation. From the first moment we arrived we were treated like royalty with friendliness and pampering. The staff are exceptionally friendly and many remembered our names during our short 4-day stay. The multiple hot springs pools are drained and cleaned daily. The swim up bar was such fun. Our room was grand, with an amazing view of Arenal volcano. The housekeeping staff were very respectful and we enjoyed the nightly turn-down service....

"The evening shows were great. Zero to very short wait for restaurants. Rooms were cool. Water hot. Great water pressure. Special requests were accommodated. Staff super friendly. Walking distance to shops. Felt safe. All rooms have good ocean view. Food always available regardless of time of day. The neon party at the neighboring RIU was super fun for all ages, shapes and sizes—don’t miss out! Saw a couple beach vendors but they didn’t stay long. Not sure if it’s because nobody was buying or...

"The resort was beautiful and very clean. Food was excellent. Entertainment was disappointing there were at least 3 nights of our week long stay where there was nothing in the evening at the resort, we have stayed a number of times at RIU las americas and always enjoyed our evenings with amazing shows. The new schedule with the RIU parties were not for us and saw numerous other guests disappointed as well with that as the only entertainment option. Daily pool entertainment was not good pretty...
