「This was such a lucky booking this space is never available. This place will shock you once you walk in. Place needs some tiny TLC but other than that it was a wonderful experience. I definitely will recommend this place to family and friends with no hesitation. Only recommendation is getting a king bed in one of the rooms. Thank you for allowing us to stay.」

「Our stay at Roami Luzianne was almost perfect - quiet, clean, convenient.... It was so nice to have the room to move about too - much, much larger then a hotel room. And with a full kitchen and combo dinning and living room...we could not have asked for more. The only draw back was there was only one coffee cup - for the two of us (easily remedied.......) We will stay again for sure.」

「This was a modern apartment, with all amenities included. The washer/dryer was very helpful! A group of us stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center for a week. It was only a pleasant 0.8 mile walk to the convention center. If we wanted to visit the French quarter, we could take the Charles Ave trolley, which was one block away. The only complaint was that we could hear people walking around in the apartment above us. That was a little annoying late at night or...

「Our host was great, we could have done self checking but she waited for us to arrive. It was nice to have that friendly welcome. At first I thought it was a little quirky because the room was in the back which turned out to be nice and quiet.」

「The place was very nice. The neighborhood is a bit dicey. There were a few communication issues, and the door code had problems though they did get solved. There were enough kitchen and bath items, and that was appreciated. I was offered an additional night at a reduced rate, accepted, and was glad of the offer.」

「This will be my designated stay every time I'm in NOLA!!!! It's basically an apartment! Spacious with full size appliances (INCLUDING washer and dryer)!!!! Very clean! FYI, the black parking lot on Joseph St is the closest parking (literally across the street but next to a much larger parking lot which can be confusing). My only recommendation is to bring your own pillow!! You can walk to Bourbon Street and the casino with ease, just use your walking GPS function on Google maps. 」

「Overall it was nice and quaint . Great location . I do think the color scheme in the rooms needs to be updated. It was a green trim around the borders and doors . I think just updating would make a world of difference as well as putting some flooring down instead of the natural concrete 」
