This was an amazing option in the Museum District and we could walk to everything for a portion of the price of being directly on Canal Street. The breakfast was good, I would say great but they didn't have grits, LOL! Seriously though, it was great as far as the inside staff and the building, our suite was upgraded due to a bad sofa bed and the upgrade was AWESOME!!!!!
My only complaint is the valet service. The staff for valet were very unprofessional and it was clearly understaffed. One of them was rude and I feel that it was an easy fix (hire more valets if possible or put more on the schedule since weekends are busy). For the price we paid for our vehicle to be parked in the $20 parking lot that we could've just parked ourselves, I was disturbed for the young man to vent outloud and say, "so yall expect me to park all these cars?" Absolutely! It's the job you applied for and I'm sorry but when I arrive to school every day I'm expected to teach all 150 kids that will come into my classroom on a daily basis.
So yeah, it's a great hotel and the receptionists and management are awesome especially the breakfast staff... Hopefully, the valets get upgraded or training or something.
