"This was my 1st time at this property and I can’t say enough good things. Our room had a balcony facing the port so we got to see the cruise ships coming and going. We also were able to see every sunset without leaving our room. The property is very clean and well maintained. We had an excellent breakfast at the Hot Tin Roof restaurant overlooking the pool, ocean and Sun Set Key. We will definitely be back. "

"Stayed a week with family and an infant and had a great vacation! The property is really nice, the rooms are beautiful and spacious. It was surprising they charged us a per person charge so be mindful of that when booking this property. Amenities were great, we enjoyed the little ice cream bars that we received every night. The cleaning staff were also wonderful & efficient. Overall, highly recommend. "

"We can't say enough great things about this hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by the staff and received excellent service throughout our stay. The Mansion itself is beautiful and our room (204) was perfect. The pool and access to the adjacent bar were fantastic for our "pool days." The pool never got crowded and there were plenty of lounge chairs and beach towels provided.
