「So the pictures make this property look amazing. I will say it was fine for 2 nights. The location is a 10/10. Very easy to walk everywhere. The unit was very clean, 10/10. The unit was clearly from the 90’s and the furniture was very worn. But the unit was HUGE! It’s clear it been used a lot. The beds were very comfy as well. 「The location on Canal is not as walkable as we’d hoped. Right beside Tulane hospital. Our unit was devoid of street noise thankfully. Keypad repair was appreciated. Comfortable and functional. Clean. Tub drain plug was not working properly but not worth asking for a fix as our stay was short. Nice having the kitchen as we had groceries and ate in frequently. If you want late checkout it must be requested more than a day ahead. We had planned to extend but the option times out in the app.」

「Property was very very clean! Nice and spacious. Gorgeous balcony views! Great location. We were able to walk easily to the Saenger and to Bourbon St. I only have 1 major complaint: IT WAS SO LOUD. Yes, I realize it was Canal St. on a Saturday night. Sirens, excessive honking, people yelling and loud music kept us most of the night even with a noise machine. 「This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something...
