"We selected this Motel because it was close to the Austin Rodeo and had decent reviews. Motel has a no smoking policy they charge $50 deposit to assure rooms stay smoke-free. Was told they would evaluate the room and if found smoking had occurred would run credit card to get deposit. We are non-smokers so no worries however room we were given had definitely been smoked in. We asked for a different room as we did not want to be charged a deposit on someone else's account.
