"The staff were nice at this location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the door to the rooms have an open gap at bottom, which makes it noisy when people are in the hallway. The doors are also heavy so that when closing, it makes a slamming noise which is disturbing when people are leaving their rooms."

"Location is great, staff is friendly. I would return! Note-the only suggestion is that the overnight person make fresh coffee for early AM wakers. It was overnight coffee until housekeeping showed up at 7am. It may be her duties however with him just sitting there, he could have considered the guests. Also. The pool has been out of order for some time now. I have not seen anyone working on it in the past 2 months."

"The staff was great. The first room they gave me had a bad odor, and the front desk guy switched my room immediately. The area is a bit scetchy. Someone that stayed here had a dog that tried to bite me, the dog managed to rip a hole on my pants. It wasn't super 8's problem so I didn't report it. Just waking up and realizing I slept well which is all that matters. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done to the rooms but if you're a simple person. Its all good."

"The shower handle was broken and was difficult to gauge the hot water and this took additional time away from getting ready for my business meetings. The towels provided had hair strands in them and made my anxiety increase by being grossed out being touched by dirty towels since I had no time to request new ones. "We came to Austin for the COTA nascar race. The hotel was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. We slept well after a long day at the race. Checkin was smooth and the agent was very accommodating. H-E-B was about 3 miles away. Very convenient for food as we had a kitchenette in our room. The neighborhood seemed safe. We never felt unsafe. Convenient to the highway. There’s a nice subway sandwich shop across the freeway. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "
