"The property is too far out from transport, dining facilities, and too remote. The atmosphere and the views are nice but we felt we wasted a lot of time for the unavailabilty of what I mentioned, I wanted to book some short trips to areas in Athens but we the bus tour cannot pick and drop us back. So dissappointing. I will not be able t recommend this hotel to others who will go to Athens."

It is a trick to get there from Athens, but once there -- there are on-site delicious food options (dinner optons aren't mentioned in the ad)The studio itself is convenient: beautiful shower, workspace, refrigerator. Staff took me to the airport the next am (free shuttle TO the airport isn't mentioned in the ad). Staff were professional and available. I'll go back! "

"On the Expedía site is about 4km from the airport. The taxi driver took the highway and charged 52€ and the return was 40€. Otherwise is a great place to stay. The entire service is automated and the instructions are very accurate. "

"It was ok. I arrived late and had sent the hotel a message about 4 hours before, but they didn’t get it. I called for the shuttle but nobody answered. I took a taxi for 20 euros, arrived at the hotel a little after midnight, and the lobby was dark and door locked. I booked this hotel because it said open 24/7, knowing I was coming in on a late flight. I knocked a lot and someone woke up on the couch in the lobby and let me in. He didn't even know I had a booking, which as I said I booked 4 hrs...

"This hotel is a gem in the city. Located by the Rafina Port and quite close to the airport as well. We loved our stay here. The staff is excellent, friendly and professional. The room was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. We had a few lunches at the cafe which is poolside. Great staff and food was so good. Highly recommend this hotel! A "

"I came to Athens Greece for the first time to celebrate my Mom's 75th birthday! My Mom and I loved everything about our stay at The Pinnacle hotel. The entire staff was super friendly and very attentive. Whatever question or concern I had was handled immediately or as soon as possible. The breakfast buffet was complimentary and delicious and the friendly staff made it a great way to start our day everyday. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was also delicious and the evening restaurant staff was friendly as well. The view of the Acropolis from the restaurant rooftop in the evening was gorgeous - that is a million dollar view and one of the reasons why we chose to stay at The Pinnacle. The hotel itself is a very cute and quaint boutique-style hotel and is conveniently central to everything. Our room was very clean when we first arrived and was kept very clean everyday during our stay. Check-in time is usually 3pm, but the manager was very kind to make sure our room was ready when we arrived early at 1pm which we were appreciative for after a 10 hour non-stop flight from NY. The hotel concierge provided sightseeing suggestions and excellent directions to the metro, local restaurants or anywhere else we wanted to go. The hotel concierge also arranged car transportation to and from the airport, which was very convenient for my Mom and I and was one less thing we had to worry about. We loved our stay at The Pinnacle and plan to come back in June with our niece!"
