We were only able to stay one night, but I fell in love with this hotel. Every person we came into contact with was kind, helpful and just amazing. The room was clean and clean and cozy. The location was perfect. We would love to come back again in the future. We wanted to give an extra special shout out to Costas and Alex from the night shift. They helped protect us from a dishonest cab driver. You will not regret staying at this hotel.

I really appreciated the staff and their eagerness to assist. The desk staff wase always friendly when I left and returned to the hotel. I requested ice one night and the dining crew brought a bucket of ice to my room within 5 minutes. Everyone was eager to assist with helping me get from from place to place. I was very pleased with the facilities, kindness I received and the location. The view of the Acropolis on the balcony was icing on the cake.

Room was very small but not unexpected. Climate controls were set so no adjustments could be made .... room was very warm ... had to get a fan and keep the window open 24/7, which increased the noise level. Restaurant and bar were clised during our stay. Breakfast was very diverse and excellent every day.

Horrible experience at this hotel. This is not living up to a reputation of a 5-star hotel. It’s beyond me how it can be a 5-star hotel. Firstly, this is a very old apartment building with an even older elevator. The rooms are left dirty and messy and the cleaner cleans as they like, especially the bathroom and shower areas. The lock for the room lockbox was lost by the staff! The breakfast was bear minimum continental with little to no options. The room was unavailable for most of the days we were there due to some unknown reasons so we couldn’t enjoy even the rooftop view. The elevator was undergoing maintenance and there were tradesmen half of the time we were staying there. We wouldn’t have stayed there even if it was a new building due to the depressed structure and ambience of the building as well as the noise from the plumbing that we could hear all nights. Due to the above reasons, I asked the hotel to cancel our booking for the second stay that we had planned and they refused so wasted money. Worst hotel experience of my life.

The staff were great and couldn't do enough for you. Had a little trouble with getting the shower to work and could have done with instructions though should have asked for help really. Otherwise, a comfortable room and nice little in-house restaurant with plenty of alternative hospitality within easy walking distance.

The Pinnacle is the best hotel i have ever stayed. Photos of the Acropolis from the rooftop does not do justice. You must be there. Incredible !!! The room is fantastically clean and modern and the lobby is pristine. But the staff ....unbelievable !!! Directions...no problem. Requests .... they are on top of it pronto. Anything asked is supplied with a smile and with an informed response. The breakfast buffet is spectacular and also served with happiness and care !!! I can't say enough !!! The hotel is considered a "boutique" but i consider it a jewel in Athens. This is what travel is all about. Yasou Pinnacle, until we meet again !!! And we certainly will !!!
