"Very nice resort. Dog fee EXCESSIVE @ $100 for first night then $25 per night thereafter. Resort fee $35. Shower hot water lukewarm at best, not good (Rm. 33-Lee Marvin). Thanksgiving brunch was excellent. Overall, a very nice place but a bit overpriced. I’m not a cheapskate, I can afford anything, but tired of all of the post-Covid nickel & diming."

"Beautiful room - we paid for the Gulf front and it was worth it! This property is one of the newer ones on the beach - survived the storm well. Beautiful pool and small sandy beach area with chairs and a tiki bar which wasn’t open yet but will be fun when it is! We will book again! "

"The stay was short bur sweet. The resort was clean and the room was beautiful. The only thing was i reserved a room with a balcony but received on a first floor. But it was still beautiful. The prices are super hugh though, they already put 20% for gratuity and put tips even afterwards, which is unprofessional. My waiter accidentally wrote 25%and i had to point out the mistake. The $150 fee for whatever can be refunded, just make sure you don't charge it to your room. I checked out the prices...

"We had a great time! We happened to visit during a cold snap for a few days so we were not enjoy the outdoor activities as much and still had a blast. Really looking forward to returning. Booked a Courtyard view which was great and you had a partial ocean view anyway."

"We really like staying here. This time we stayed mountain side. All was great aside from a staff member trying to come in to our room stating we had called in asking for a half cleaning. I called to the front to inquire and no one ever bothered to check in on it and get back to me - pretty unprofessional.
