「We enjoyed the resort! The staff was amazing. We were greeted with complimentary gifts and even a later checkout because of having later flights. Our room was also located in a much better than expected building. It was so close to the pools, restaurant, and beach. The pools were wonderful and we were able to relax on the beach. Our only complaint was hearing the slamming doors early in the morning while we were trying to sleep. Our room was very nice and comfortable. I can’t wait to visit...

「We booked three rooms. One room was not cleaned, and the other room's door was not even closed after room cleaning. We came back in the night and found the door was open. We were scared and reported to the hotel immediately. No any feedback from the hotel till we left! We will not choose to stay at this hotel in the future. 」
