"The resort was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The staff were amazing! They were so welcoming and friendly and made guests feel welcome and so comfortable. They always had a positive attitude and didn’t make us feel like we were a burden. We got fast food and drinks served to us wherever we were: the beach, the pool, room service, etc. The food was also delicious and there was a variety of selections for the buffet. I loved that it is very family friendly. There was daily entertainment but by 11pm everything was off and quiet, which I appreciated because we had little ones. The kid’s center wasn’t very entertaining but overall, our kids had an amazing experience. The pillows in the room smelled a little musty but overall, this is a 5 star resort. We will definitely be back. "

"First time at an all inclusive resort and also first time in mexico. Friendly service, fun activities sprinkled throughout each day, variety of restaurants, and a good mix of lively and relaxing activities. The main pool was great to gather at and mingle with others, grab a drink at the swim up bar , and parricipate in activities like volleyball, cocktail lessons, bingo, and souvenir making. If we wanted a quieter more relaxing day, the pool by revive bar was perfect! There is also an accessibility pool which actually stays a bit warmer in the evenings compared to the others- it has a ramp as well and is more shallow. On busier days, it was still possible to find a lounge chair at one of the pools. The resort keeps pool floaties in sheds near the towel and bathroom areas at each pool-people tend to take them early morning and hold onto them all day. First come, first serve. The beach was great - lots of seating available even on busiest day that we were there! The resort does maintain the shoreline by removing the sargassum periodicially and if you're lucky, you may be able to venture into the ocean during an afternoon but mostly, the entire region (gulf of mexico, including florida beaches) have a lot of sargassum; it's inevitable. In the evenings there were quiz activities at the theatre, which then led into a musical performance , and then a different show each night. Laid back atmosphere, yet very fun! "We enjoyed our vacation a lot. Food options were great. Kids enjoyed the pool and the cliff every day. The only downside is the beach but it didn't bother us too much. "

"Staff was extremely friendly, Oscar our butler was top notch and Sergio by the DC pool was amazing as well. Food was phenomenal, buffet and restaurants alike. There was quite a few uneven walking surfaces but I would assume those things will be addressed when they shut down for upkeep at the end of this year "
