"I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near the Fort Lauderdale airport. However, the "free" airport shuttle service was extremely unreliable. When I called the hotel, the staff informed me that the shuttle operated on-demand. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 45 minutes before finally giving up and ordering an Uber to get to the hotel.
