"Beautiful hotel. We got unlucky and the cleaning service forgot to wash the bathtub prior to our stay. It had many dark hairs all over it and was unusable our first night as we got in late from the airport. We wanted to use it. The next day we called the front desk at 9am and went to the beach. When we came back at noon it still wasn't clean and we had to call again. Finally when we came in at 3 again it had been cleaned but a long and obvious hair was still there. I gave up and cleaned it...
