"This is a London gem of a hotel. My wife and I felt like royalty immediately upon arrival. The desk agent had our bags delivered to our room and personally escorted us to our accommodations. "Overall it was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly all of them. Breakfast was tasty and the room was relatively nice, especially for the price. It could have been a bit bigger it was very small but that’s the only thing I could criticize. I think I will return if I ever go to London angain. Best regards"

"Hotel is in a fab location. Rooms we had was very small, which I understand due to building age and dynamics. Staff were nice, breakfast. Was average, food was hot and tasted fine. Typical English breakfast, no real complaints. Found it strange there were no usb plugs in the room. ( minor for me). Most hotels do have them installed above plugs. Overall. A nice stay. "

"This hotel is connected to terminal 5 at Heathrow. We spent 2 nights in order to visit some friends before traveling back home. The hotel is clean with large beautiful rooms. Breakfast is expensive so we walked to Terminal 5 and had a continental breakfast at the coffee place inside. It was nice watching planes take off and sipping coffee with our rolls and fruit. One night spontaneously jumped on the underground which is in the Terminal and made our way into London. Easy and convenient. Our only hiccup was getting an Uber to our friends. The Hotel has a gate control where every has to take a ticket. We did not know that the Hotel has to validate the ticket in order for the driver to not have to pay. It took extra time to get it figured out. We knew better the next time and warned the driver on the app."
