Before checking in I requested a particular floor to be on and this was granted. Very friendly staff.. check in could have been quicker . Breakfast was good but there could have been a few more options( you had to pay extra for an omelette) Room was clean, comfortable and with a large tv screen. A bit of a trip hazard however entering the bathroom! Very convenient to public transport and museums

Lovely hotel, super staff, nice bar menu (great restaurant staff) and beautifully clean room. We were upgraded which was a lovely touch. Pillows a little flat and unsupportive, but very comfortable bed. Unfortunately there was a dreadful stagnant drain smell coming from the sink every time it was used otherwise a great stay.
