"The rooms and facilities are great, however I was very upset with the staff, first of all they charged me for and extra breakfast,, that I didn’t discover till I was at home. At breakfast I had to ask three times for a cup of coffee; and second they provided me with the wrong information about airport transportation. When we were checking out I asked the receptionist at 11:00 a.m. if there was transportation to the airport, he informed me that at 12:00, noon, there was a courtesy transfer to the...

"We were pleasantly surprised by the food, it was top notch every night, would recommend every single restaurant! The staff were super friendly, and very hardworking. Cleanliness was very good. And the beach was breathtaking. Personally, I don’t think we’d go back. The pool left our hair and bathing suits green, we had to wash our suits and hair every night. Also, the second we arrived, hungry and tired, we had to sit and listen to a presentation trying to sell us a membership, when all along we thought he’d intended to show us the ropes of the resort. At least allow us to settle first. The entertainment itself was great, however the venue was outdated and difficult to find with no signage."
