"We initially thought we could walk to the hotel from the airport, and it might have been manageable without luggage. However, with bags in tow, it was challenging because there were no crosswalks, and the one sidewalk didn’t provide easy access to one. I’d definitely recommend arranging for their shuttle to pick you up. We did this on our way out the next day, and both the driver and staff were very kind, accommodating, and punctual. "One guy (big guy with big nose and mustache ) working at towel section who has a navy blue cell phone case was hiding his phone behind a bored in his hand and video taking me and other girls which made me feel very uncomfortable and he knows I caught him but I couldn’t say anything. He should be fired!!!"

"A very nice short stay before catching an early flight out of Cancun airport. The room incl. bed was very comfortable. The pool area is nice and relaxing. We did not have time to use the pool or jacuzzi, however. Check-in and cjeck-out were a breeze and we enjoyed the free shuttle to.the airport. Having to call the shuttle to the hotel upon arrival at the airport can be a challenge f international guests."
