"The staff was so sweet and so friendly! Anything you needed they would be right on it. The bartenders were excellent. Delicious food, such friendly service! Can’t wait to go back! And in walking distance from everything! Totally recommend a fantastic place to stay!"

"Let's start by listing the pros that first the location is great with Target and lots of eateries across the street in walking distance. Conveniently located to the Disney parks. Facility is very clean and kept in a nice condition. The pool and hot tub is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast bar has lot of choices including waffle makers. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning there. About the cons: the park shuttle service is not provided as you might think. There are limited time schedule and seats per day and it's contracted out to another company which also provides service to a lot of other hotels as well. They probably don't have enough buses or drivers so when we tried to reserve seats the day before it was already full with no seats left for us. It's not in a busy season yet. So be aware that yet the shuttle service is provided you may still need to drive to the park and pay for parking. Another problem we had was with the AC. It gets loud when it kicks in so light sleepers like me may find this annoying. "

"Another fabulous stay at the swan! Always a go to favorite. Great pools and restaurants minutes from the Boardwalk and Epcot. Nice comfortable updated rooms had a view of Tower of terror and Fantasmic fireworks! Breakfast a the swan was excellent. Will return! "

"Beautiful hotel. Lots of dining options. Definitely pricey both for stay and food. But as expected for Disney. Pools were nice, though not as clean as we would have liked, lots of leaves/debris in water. Definitely worth it if spending time at hotels and pool. If you will be at parks every day may not be worth the price tag. . "
