"Every staff member from Concierge to front desk, Chris is an honorable mention because he was extremely helpful. I needed monetary change and the "Dan" (I'm not sure if it was his name because i misplaced card now) he was in beverage and bar area and he helped me be able to break change after atm. Loved the easy access via app service. And the convenience of holding luggage. The man who checked me in was also very accommodating. Would def recommend for personal, business, or family trip!"
