"Arriving early, my room was ready; however, it was a room facing the busy street, with an entry facing common shared areas with high traffic. As a single woman, I did not want an area with limited privacy; worse yet, an area with internal and external access to many- as well as noisy. Ben, at check in, easily resolved the situation without disregard. Alba at housekeeping welcomed me as I took the elevator. The staff and location make Copley Square Hotel a welcoming and safe place. Thank you."

"The property is very nice and connected to the Prudential Center which has many eateries- convenient for a cold winters day. We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to Northeatern University. Very convenient. "

"Staff was great, very good directions. Parking was expensive! Would definitely avoid that if possible next time. Strange room set up. We had a garden level room where you had to step up into the bathroom and the kitchen was a corner nook, which was all odd. We’re not used to older style buildings, so oh well, at least it was functional. The room was right by the boiler and it was warm! Overall different experience but it all worked out well. And most importantly it was close enough to walk to...
