「the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed. the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good」

「There is absolutely nothing negative about this place! It’s so beautiful and very well maintained. There is only 2 floors no elevator because it’s very antique everything from the floors the walls are so beautiful the room we had was on the 2nd floor it was so beautiful and the bathroom are updated. The service is amazing! The breakfast is very fresh no buffet they prepare it for you. I absolutely love this place and will definitely go back many more times to stay!! Thank you all so much!! 」

「Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com.
