"The hotel is beautiful, it could use some renovations ; curtains, new mattresses, and bathrobes. The curtains didn’t look up to part ; they were dingy. The mattress I slept in had bumps in it and it was very hard. I think they are due for a change. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. I think that I overlooked any failings just because of the things mentioned above just because of the staff. It was a wonderful stay. "

"The Park Lane is truly a gem! We upgraded to a Park View room and seeing the sun rise over the park each morning was a treat. Proximity to several trains and the iconic Central Park made getting around a breeze. And PL’s rooftop bar, Darling, is so beautiful! We had the best trip!!"

"The place is beautiful, absolutely splurge and treat yourself to the VIP rooms and the spa. The staff is really great, the location is pretty convenient. It is a good true New York experience hotel. Only critique: I noticed there was additional charges on my room service bill. On the phone I was told my order was about $30. I ordered cereal, a bagel and a water. When it arrived, I noticed that were additional fees, I was not previously told about, causing the bill to cost $65. I understand...
