"Very posh hotel. Great for trend setters and those wanting to be seen in the many instragramable areas of the hotel. One very specific downside - the bathroom door has an architectural hole in it about about 6”x18” long. Not great for privacy."

"Loved this hotel. Great facilities, updated and clean rooms, sublime design, great pool, restaurant was excellent with good service. High quality cuisine. Only negative was the valet parking set up. We didn't realize that nobody was bringing the car up after texting. We were sitting in cold and I finally looked around and realized there was a booth out of sight around the corner with a guy sitting there. There should be an explanation of the level of service when it differs from the norm....
