"Everyone I encountered was incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. Distance-wise, this was a great place to stay if attending a conference at the Convention Center. I felt very safe as a single woman travelling alone. This was my first experience in a hostel, and I was not disappointed. Will definitely stay in HI locations in the future! "for an older hotel, I have to say they really fix stuff up here and gave it a nice remodel. The old hotel was very rundown and felt unsafe, BUT THIS TIME IT FELT PRETTY NICE OVERALL. Nice front check in staff, The hotel room had a nice bed, Cable, TV and Internet. Very basic accommodations.
