"Service at the front desk was great. Our room was beautiful. My only complaint is there was no microwave or mini fridge To store the delicious leftovers from Rare, Fratelli’s, and Giardino. The valet accidentally took keys for a different vehicle out of our car when we arrived. We realized when we got home to CT that we didn’t have the keys to our other vehicle. The hotel had someone deliver the keys to us. "

"The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of homeless people stationed right outside the hotel, but the hotel has security in the lobby that makes the hotel feel safe. "

"Overall a nice hotel not too far from downtown Boston. A bit of construction going on near the hotel. Really close to the outlets / shops (though the hotel faces the back of the buildings and you have to walk around to the other side)."
