Downtown Orlando 5 Stars Hotels

"It was a great location to go to Disney and other places. Some of the tv's did not work properly, had to change to English setting on main tv, no remote for the one bedroom upstairs, and the downstairs bedroom tv did nor work properly. Microwave light did not work. Had to connect the upstairs bathroom it was disconnected had to reconnect it. Not enough comfortable seating should have another small love seat in the living room. Overall it was a nice place."

"Well if you don’t mind the roof being ripped off and putting a new one on, banging at 7:30 AM waking you up in a panic for 1/2 of your trip, having the master bedroom bd frame broken and in the closet and mattress on the floor, mold in bathrooms, filthy stained rugs & caution/danger tape wrapped across the front entrance and back patio then you will like the place, also not enough dishes glasses etc for ten people as promised, also “the game room” broken dart board and no air hockey! "The heated pool made all the difference. Location could not be beat. 15 minutes to anywhere on Disney property and NO traffic. definitely would stay here again!"

"Excellent house only 10 mins from Disney. Nice gated community with a communal pool and child’s play area. The house was very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again."

"They just cancelled my trip without any notifications. When i spoke to the seller, it looks like they want you to book directly on their portal. Hotels.com should remove such postings"

"Everything was great, They stayed in constant communication with me but I never needed anything. The only problem was the walls were pretty dirty and damaged needed to be painted orher than that all was great for our girls weekend. I would stay again."

"The property had 8 bedrooms, only 2 were king size. All the beds are so low to the ground. The refrigerator was broken. The coffee table was broken. They charge a massive deposit. Then they send you an email after check out that they deducted money from your deposit and say that you have things damaged. I called the first day to tell them the defects and no one response. I wonder never recommend this place. "
