The self parking is easy and convenient but not included in the rate. The bus to the parks is perfect but the schedule does not give many options. The grab & go breakfast is fare.

As I walked into the property it had a distinct odd smell that was off putting as well as inside of one of the elevators. The rooms definitely could use more of a deep cleaning hand wiping tops of bed rails, doors, baseboards, etc. There was dust definitely in several areas of the room. The shower was horrible because the water pressure was very low so I opted for a bath. I wouldn’t categorize this building as a “resort” but more of a hotel. I’ve stayed at nicer and cleaner hotels. I highly recommend the driver “Nelson” he was GREAT and other staff in the building.

I booked two rooms for 4 nights. Both room they only come to clean the trash bin and change towels, no vacuum and wash the bath tub, the floor carpet was very dirty full of chips, bath tub has lots of hairs. One room they forgot to change soup, there is a soap was used by other guests with a hair on it, another room they forgot to give us clean towels and bottle water. Compare to the price, the room service is too bad

Awesome resort with many pools and hot tubs. Love the lazy rivers! Only thing that was frustrating was that you could only get towels out at the pool that was at the tower you were staying. You should be able to get towels anywhere. Also wish there was more selections for dining. Otherwise great resort!
