For the price, the room was a total disappointment. This hotel needs to update their rooms big time. Additionally, while they clearly state room check in is 4pm, we weren't even given a room until 6:45 pm. Absolutely ridiculous. This was supposed to be a romantic evening for my fiancee's birthday. Instead, we missed our dinner reservations, entirely, as the result of the room not being available. And, she was treated to a room that was about as nice as a red roof inn and barely. In addition, i have emailed the hotel about all of this and, after about two weeks, still have yet to receivea reply. How expedia rated this hotel a "9 " is beyond my comprehension.

Not properly staffed. No one was able to fix a tv, no one was able to bring us up blankets, not a single pool towel available, was told to wait and someone will come, not a single person showed up to the pool area in over a hour. They wouldn't get us bath towels we had to use tiny gym towels. Rooms did. Not look clean at all, checked in Friday and out Monday and no one switched out towels for us or cleaned the room. Size of the room was nice, that's about it. Wouldn't stay here again.

First, the bathroom was gross there was hair everywhere and dirt in the corners that was layers thick. Second, the sheets had yellow stains all over. To top it off my wife and I picked this hotel over another for the room service. We ordered it and it looked and tasted delicious until I got a hair in my hamburger which I immediately spit out and threw down realizing I was extremely hungry I decided to at least eat the French fries On my second bite of French fries there was another long hair in my food. I am 52 and this has never happened to me, disgusting! I am not sure if this place is that gross or if I’m just that unlucky but if you’re looking a nice place to stay this is not it!!
