"The location to the base of Peak 8 and restaurants / ski snowboarding school was so convenient. Ski valet was excellent. The negatives were lack of hot water during peak times, morning and early evening. Staff members informed me that hot water can run out because the boiler is in the basement and takes a while to go up to the 5th floor. Furniture was worn out and should be replaced, specifically the Murphy Bed. Front desk sent someone to fix the Murphy Bed within 24 hours. TVs were old and...
