One of the least costly lodging options in Frisco during ski season. Property is a bit old but clean, with comfortable beds. Shuttle bus stop to ski areas is located right outside. Continental breakfast was a nice touch and very much appreciated.

Older property, but well maintained and clean. The breakfast was decent and the staff was very nice. The breakfast room is small, but I always lucked out to find a table available. Just something to be aware of. There was no door on bathroom (shower/toilet), which is something to consider if you are not traveling solo. Also, the fire alarm in the room got triggered by the steam from the shower every day. Quite annoying.

If you're looking for a place to stay when going to the slopes in Breckenridge or Copper Mountain, this is your place! The place was built in (guessing) the late 60s or early 70s, but is well maintained. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was good enough to hold you over until lunch (bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, juice, coffee etc). There is one thing with the heater in the room, if you don't understand how the types of heaters work, ask the staff to make sure it is set correctly. We are from Florida, we don't use these types of heaters, but one of the staff helped us make sure it was set correctly. I rented a room with 2 full size beds, which was big enough for 2 people if you're sleeping in separate beds. If you want to sleep together, go with the queen. We were able to walk to a variety of nearby restaurants. The stop for the (free) bus, which picks you up for the slopes or just going around town, is outside the hotel. Had we known better, we probably would have just looked into a shuttle to/from Denver airport, instead of renting a car. We didn't need our car for three days and it only caused stress going up and down the mountain from Denver. If you're looking for ski resort, this is not your place. We are not ski resort people, so if we go to Frisco area again, I would definitely stay here. Recommend!

Old motel. Location was great but the rooms were awful. Beds and pillows were rock hard and so old.

Okay Room
We stayed here because my husband was having shoulder surgery at the local hospital and we wanted to avoid driving in bad weather. The room was okay, but had a leak of cold wind at the door and a lock that was very difficult to open with the key. My husband had stayed at this hotel 36 years ago when he was working in Frisco!
