"For my first time in a hostel this was the place to do it! Everyone was so nice, I didn’t know I needed a lock for the lockers in the shared rooms, the front desk was nice enough to say someone had left one that I could use. I thought it would be weird sharing a room but it was comfortable and had a personal shelf/light. The room was never full (fits up to six) since it is off season- for me that was great getting used to a shared room. I loved the common spaces and the additional ‘more private’...

"The property was quite dated. When we booked, we didn't realize that the property was managed by Vacasa. They communicated through email. The instructions were sufficient, but it would have been nice to interact with a real person. The location was convenient, but the property was not very nice."

"At first we were given a room at St. John which only had 2 twin beds. We went back to registration and they said it was part of the same complex. When we said our registration showed a queen bed, they were very helpful and switched us to a room at Lakeside with a queen bed. It was a little outdated, but the location was great for us and we got to ski and be outside."
