"Customer friendly staff mostly"

"Gorgeous property inside and out. Our first time to India and the service and hospitality at this hotel is like no where else in the world. Helpful, kind and went above and beyond in all aspects of our stay. Breakfast was amazing and offered a full spread of international options each morning. Connected to an upscale mall with many dining options as well. Highly recommend and would stay again. Namaste. "

"We spent one night and had a great experience. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Cleanliness and comfort are excellent. Ordered breakfast from thd room service menu and it was very good. Ghe bathroom is super clean. Over all a great place to stay. "

"I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. "As one would expect this is a first class hotel in all respects. Cannot fault it at all. Perhaps one or two degrees warmer for the swimming pool.. Wonderful staff. Beautiful grounds. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Excellent. Club manager Mr Gerald Gomes is one of the best managers I have had the pleasure to meet in my travels over the years on business or pleasure. He is superb at his job, extremely efficient ,very pleasant an absolute credit to the hotel. Looking forward to our next stay at...

"We stayed at Taj Cidade Horizon and it is a gorgeous hotel with a modern decor offering expansive views of the Arabian Sea. It has a small private beach which is lovely but no big waves as it is in a bay. We loved swimming in the warm sea waters. The hotel also has a couple of different pools and our favourite was the infinity pool on the 10th floor overlooking the sea. The staff is fantastic and they really add soul to this place. "Great location and great staff. However I was surprised by the finishing of the rooms. It was not the finishing of a Novotel hotel with cheap wood and cupboards. Our fridge was broken and the staff member claimed it was fine. The card key kept on failing. Very annoying but staff were lovely"
