「This is an amazing hotel. We booked a villa with private pool and it was well worth the upgrade. On a whole the stay was wonderful apart from a few minor points: 1. The staff at the Lobster Village are absolutely miserable. Every else they are fantastic but the team at the Lobster Village are amongst the most unhappy I have ever come across. 2. 「It is a nice small 4 season hotel. It was located in the central of Mumbai with a slump just next to it. It is quite an experience. What I want to say is that the room is clean and nice as usual 4 seasons standard. conceiage will go over the distance to make you feel comfortable. You will be surprised of the area it was located, but as India as it is, it is always the mix of things that makes the trip fun, will definitely stay again.」
