"We were quite pleased when we saw our #5 room at this property. It was spacious, clean as a whistle and comfortable. The only things that were less than perfect about our stay and the only reasons for a rating of 4 instead of 5 were:1) our room was on the third floor and, even in this cold weather, the room was so “cozy” it was too warm to sleep. "The unit was clean and relatively nice. However, thats the only pros. Before getting to even stay, I was sent messages from Jungle House claiming that we need to pay a security deposit, outside of what we already paid to hotels.com. This was a bit odd, but I clarified with them and paid the security deposit. I was told as long as there was no damage I would receive the full refund. House was left in perfect shape, and I only received a partial refund of my deposit for a "cleaning fee". They...
