"Chrishna was amazing and had excellent customer service skills. My only issue with the property is that I booked a room that accommodated 4 adults, didn’t pay attention when finalizing on expedia when I arrived I had to pay additional for 2 adults as the reservation said 2 adults. We had to pay an extra $120, no big deal that’s your policy I should have read more and paid attention but it was an additional to also add breakfast. "

"Staff was great! Platform bed was impossible to get in and out of for an elderly person. I was told they were on their way out! Good news because everything else was top notch!"
