「Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly. The concierge was very pleasant and helpful, even assisting my family to change to another room. Overall experience was top notch. 」

I loved that the beach club was right out the back door and the servers were amazing :) Uber from the condo to our friends resort was only $3USD. Walking distance to downtown and all the cute shops and food places. 「So comfortable. Large bed with a lovely comforter and pillows. Nice size TV for those moments when you don’t want to sit by the beach. Staff were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again. 」

「Great room by the sea. Great hospitality. A little remote from Puerto Morelos. Unfortunately we arrived late and everything was closed nor could we order anything to the hotel. I would suggest renting a car for easy accessibility. 」
