"The hotel was beautiful and the rooms spectacular. The only thing better was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and memorable. Would give the hotel 9 stars and the staff 10 if I could! So close to all the big bars on Broadway as well. Will stay here every time from here on out. "
