"We stayed one night, it was clean and quiet"

"I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive breakfast, free massage chairs and location. I was shocked to have to pay for daily parking that was on the premises of the hotel. As a guest, I would expect parking to be free. I stayed two nights here and I was again pleasantly surprised when I returned the first night to find beds were made, fresh towels in bathroom and room tidy. Usually (since 2020) hotels will only clean or give fresh towels if requested. I was appreciative of this service."

"Great spot to stay downtown Nashville. Family friendly and walkable to the strip. We walked back from broadway around 2 am one night, felt totally safe. The next night we walked back around 10 pm and it was a bit sketchy, but this was a Monday night so I think that was part of it. Overall would stay here again but would recommend walking back as a group to the hotel "

"The front desk staff are wonderful. Our room was ready when we arrived early so they let us check in. The hotel is clean. The shuttle downtown is super convenient and the drivers were all great! The two biggest negatives were that you had to pay extra for breakfast which is just mediocre, so we would just go somewhere else and they are down to one elevator! Most frustrating part in they were drilling/banging/working on the elevator at 6AM!!!!!! One morning and 7AM!!! Another morning.. it is Nashville, no one wants to be woken up by that at that time. It was very unreasonable, and especially for the price you’re paying to get a good sleep. "
