「Arrived at 2pm and manager was at lunch.Rang bell 3 times to then have a worker come to reception.English poor.He called manager on phone.NO effort to come down and serve.No forks or teaspoons were in the room. Probably would not stay again.」

「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

「The place was newly renovated, which made it really nice and clean. The bathroom design was amazing! Unfortunately, there was no kitchen sink, which made washing glasses and dishes quite challenging. My kids and I enjoyed the pool. Would have been great if the spa was warm. Overall, our overnight stay was worth it and will definitely come back! 」

「T who runs the place is the most helpful knowledgeable person you'll come across. Makes you feel so welcome, nothing is a problem. Great facilities, it's like a house, as in it's got all you might need. I have had a most enjoyable stay. I wish them some busyness because they deserve it. Just not when I come back to stay (from Christchurch) lol. All the best, if I'm ever in the area I'm staying here again! 」

「Room on the smaller side but adequate for a nights stay. Sink in the room instead of bathroom was slightly strange, along with the provided plates and cutlery but nowhere inside the room to sit and eat a meal. My biggest complaint would be the noise level when you’re in a room facing the Pacific Highway; whilst this cannot be helped by the hotel maybe improving the glazing on the windows would help. The other complaint and something the hotel can improve on is the amount of light which streams...
