「Room on the smaller side but adequate for a nights stay. Sink in the room instead of bathroom was slightly strange, along with the provided plates and cutlery but nowhere inside the room to sit and eat a meal. My biggest complaint would be the noise level when you’re in a room facing the Pacific Highway; whilst this cannot be helped by the hotel maybe improving the glazing on the windows would help. The other complaint and something the hotel can improve on is the amount of light which streams...

「Only there for a night but it was everything we needed. Restaurants and bars downstairs that can also provide breakfast. (Try the Overtime cafe, it is great) Was a bit worried about the possible noise from the street but all was quiet. Would recommend to anyone.」

「Great short stay, just the mattresses within the 2bedroom cottage that disappointed.」

「The room was spacious and looked like just renovated. The bed was so comfortable and there was possibility to get thinner pillows if needed. I could not hear any noise from the other room which was so nice. The hotel was just few blocks away from city center. Everything is were close to the hotel. 」

「Property itself was nice and location was pretty good. They didn't send the check in details as they said they would so check in was a process, house wasn't ready for us when we checked in despite being after the designated check in time. Found hair in the shower otherwise clean. Noisy property - council lawn mowing until after 830pm and the property had a digger onsite and digging from 730am.」

「Very well appointed, nice to have the in-house bar with comfy lounges etc. It would have been nice to have free parking as the Hotel is (conveniently) close to city and dining precinct and parking is a bit of a nightmare there. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again.」

「The Staff & Property was indeed very pleasant. The Guest Bathroom in my room needed a clean around the base of the shower. The availability to access dimmer lighting in the room. The front door was jammed shut & I couldn't open the door. The thought of being trapped in a room was quite scary in the case of fire in not being able to open the door. Therefore Health & Safety, Fire & Chemical Standards were not met, From, Rosemary Godfrey 」
