「The property was great, room very spacious, however two small issues... Large live cockroach in the kitchen sink and also one of the milks in the fridge had already been opened and used 」

「Checkin not good: no buzzer or intercom at locked street entry; no person or buzzer at reception desk. 」

「For the foriegn travellers who have no local phone number to receive SMS for check in, therefore, it js not convience for no check in counter nor staff stay at the site.」

「We stayed in a 2 bedroom loft cottage. It was lovely and spacious, comfy beds (although I would suggest bringing own pillow). The garden's were lovely and nice pools. The tv in our cottage was in a strange position, ie not in front of the lounges which was a bit frustrating to watch. The restaurant was also being renovated during our stay so no-where to eat but there was a range of courtesy buses available to pubs etc. But all up nice place to stay. 」

「The lack of a reception is a major drawback. This was communicated to us but when we couldn't open our door it proved a real issue. After consulting the front entry information we found the missing link to the supplied sms instructions. Our next step was to phone the supplied number. There was no tv remote and no tv controls. Unfortunately a search for it revealed the dirtiness of the room with ping balls(?) under the bed buried in copious amounts of dust. As only staying 1 night no point io...
