「The room was clean, quiet, and seemed to be fairly newly remodeled. Often AC units in similar places are so loud they keep me up, but this one wasn't. The shower water got very hot, and the water pressure was great. Bed was a bit firm, but I slept really well considering how dark and quiet it was. 「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「Peace place near great smoky mountain」

「We loved the location! My daughter and loved the simplistic decor and vaulted ceilings with wood beams. The design was on point. Restaurant was excellent. River view was amazing. Would’ve liked easier access to a concierge person for questions or last minute needs for example our tissue box was 2 away from being empty but other than that we would definitely stay again. We parked the car once and walked the whole time to all attractions.」

「Loved the location of this hotel. All activities and restaurants were in walking distance, we never drove anywhere once we arrived at the hotel. Rooms are very clean and nice. The coffee shop and bar at the hotel had many options to choose from and the outdoor seating area with games for adults and kids were very nice. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the rooms were even though it was located at the center of anything in the town. 」

「Such an amazing little gem, nestled right in the heart of Gatlinburg. Just a few min walk down to the Pancake Pantry and the entire strip is at your service. Check-in was a breeze, the room was cozy and just right. I chose this place due to all of the awesome reviews I read and I was overwhelmingly surprised those reviews did live up to their comments. A few items that were a surprise but not a shocker: Walls were thin enough to hear neighbors, bathroom shower head seemed lower than normal? ...
