"I can't say enough great things about our stay at the Lucie! All the staff, especially Steve at the front desk, was SO friendly and nice! The check in process was smooth and quick, and Steve gave a complimentary glass of champagne. The room was gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we've slept on at a hotel! The pool area was very relaxing, and they have a nice poolside bar with food, and the use of towels for the beach and pool. I will say, the only negative I have is that they charge for beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach, despite paying a daily resort fee. We brought our own from home, but it would of been nice to not have to pack all that. Other than that small thing, we will absolutely be back! Just love Jensen Beach, it's such a quiet and relaxing beach town!"

"we picked that property based on the indoor access rooms but the room we were given was outside. The desk receptionist very easily let us changed rooms once I explained my preference. It was refreshing to work with him. "

"Service was incredible, and staff was very attentive! Property location was excellent. Amenities like afternoon beverages, champagne upon checkin, late check out so appreciated. Some upkeep needs to be done…carpet in room stained (maybe pets should be limited to certain rooms). Dresser damaged.. Outside dining chairs need paint, stairwell is beautiful but needs cleaning… We are owners of event property so we notice more than most, but some areas of hotel are looking tired- just need some sprucing up! "
